Ba Ba Booey. Fa Fa Fo-Hi.

A couple of years ago I started drawing a ton of the Howard Stern show characters, and ended up turning the drawings into a giant poster. There are so many characters included I had to have them printed via Cafepress, since the poster is so large. Every year I add new folks to it, and have had people from the show write and ask “When are you gonna add me?!”

Sal and Richard have a framed copy of the poster in their office (which you can sometimes spot on Howard TV), and Lisa Lampanelli, Ralph Cirella, Yucko the Clown and Sam Simon all own copies of the poster too. Sal and Richard in particular have been great at helping me track down photos of some of the more obscure wack packers.

Lisa G from Howard 100 News ended up doing a phone interview with me about the poster a year or two ago (which I sadly didn’t get to hear). The latest usage of the poster happened today when Howard TV ended up using the art as a background image on the studio monitors during the Staff Impressions contest. They posted some photos on the Stern show website (look for the September 30 show rundown). Once the contest episode airs on Howard TV, I’ll let you know!

Oh and please enjoy this photo of Eric the Midget Actor, who starred in tonight’s episode of Fringe! Thanks to AYC reader Courtney Young for snapping the pic.

You should really post a link to your cafepress poster on your twitter post. http://www.flickr.com/photos/18176432@N00/2953158582/

A lot of people were asking where they could get a higher res…and your answer should be…buy the poster.

  2. Dave S says:

You should also offer this poster with a white background.

You are one seriously messed up person…every time that I think you have written and drawn the rudest, most crazed over-the-top, beyond-the-pale comic; I see something “worse” (better). Keep up the great work!I am so not suprised that you are a Howard Stern fan, and it is great to see that you are. I am a fanatic for his radio show, listen to it on Sirius every day, often 2x/day. Huge fan of your comics, too; have nearly all your main books. Just filled in gaps in my AYC by buying a couple of issues I was missing.

I grew up with Eve the Queefer (she was my first major crush in high school) and we are still friends. I showed her the picture from Vice magazine and she thought it was great. I can get you noodz. Maybe. Probably just regular pics actually. Autographed for free. Or for five bucks a piece.

    Johnny,

Big fan here, big fan. This is fucking awesome, except for the fact that there’s no representation of “Captain Catfucker”. lol. Also, “Rack ‘Em Willie” is glaringly absent…

  8. Mulnix says:

Pardon me…”Rack em Rack Willie” is the gentleman’s full name.

Anyway, I was thinking more of a spin-off–”failed wackpack wannabees and obscure callers”.

That’s SURE to be a big seller if this other one doesn’t take off.

Keep rolling, Johnny! I love you!
